Meet Hudson!
At 7 years old, Hudson began his fight against cancer with kindness, humor, and a little sass. Through every challenge, his resilience shines bright. He dreams of one day becoming both a bladesmith and a nurse so he can give back to the children’s hospital that cared for him.
Until then, you can find him laughing with friends, playing Minecraft and Roblox, and spreading joy wherever he goes. Hudson’s journey reminds us of the strength it takes to keep moving forward with hope.

Program Highlights
Childhood Cancer Awareness Month
ACFC had the pleasure of hosting over 45 families for an unforgettable day of tropical paradise at the Scottsdale Resort and Spa at McCormick Ranch to celebrate Childhood Cancer Awareness Month!
During the event, we recognized four exceptional healthcare heroes for their compassion and extraordinary care throughout our warriors’ pediatric cancer journey. The event featured lively performances by Polynesian dancers that had our families and warriors up and dancing, a variety of colorful crafts, a pop-up photo booth, music by DJ Mars, and a special surprise appearance by Big Red, the beloved Arizona Cardinals mascot.
We are so grateful to our incredible volunteers and generous donors for their time, energy, and commitment in making this event a success. Their ongoing support allows us to continue to create these meaningful experiences for our warriors and families!

San Tan Charter School Toy Drive
This Patriots Day, the students of San Tan Charter School’s Recker Campus reminded us that heroes come in all ages. Over four days, they collected toys for ACFC, that help keep our toy store vibrant and fully stocked for children facing pediatric cancer. Thank you to the young heroes of San Tan Charter School. Your kindness makes a real difference for the families we serve!
Enterprise Golf Tournament
On September 20th, Enterprise Mobility proudly hosted the 9th Annual Enterprise Golf Classic at the stunning Arizona Biltmore in honor of ACFC. For more than a decade, Enterprise has stood alongside us with generosity and commitment, making a remarkable impact on the families we serve. We are deeply grateful for their ongoing partnership, dedication, and unwavering support, which help us continue providing financial, emotional, and social support to children battling cancer and their families.
Volunteer Spotlight
Meet Safiyya!
Safiyya is a senior at Arizona State University, studying Neuroscience and Women’s Studies. She has been volunteering with ACFC since May 2025 and has already made a meaningful impact through her compassion and dedication to ACFC.
“Both of my parents had cancer at the same time, so I understood how much it affects the entire family,” Safiyya shared. “I wanted to give back to an organization that recognizes and provides support to families facing similar challenges.”
Her favorite part of volunteering at ACFC is witnessing how small gestures can make a big difference. “Even little moments can bring so much light to families going through difficult times,” she explained.
We are so lucky to have Safiyya as part of our volunteer team!

Guests will enjoy an elegant night of fine dining, live entertainment, and an exclusive auction, while hearing powerful stories from families whose lives have been transformed through ACFC’s mission. Together, we’ll celebrate courage, honor resilience, and ensure that no child in Arizona faces cancer alone.
