Her favorite companion? Leo the therapy dog! Alexa loves walking him and her siblings always join the fun. Known for her resilience and bright smile, Alexa continues to inspire everyone around her.  You can help children like Alexa shine brighter by donating today.

ACFC’s Third Annual Spooktacular

This year’s Halloween Spooktacular event was a wonderful success, with over 40 families joining us for an evening of Halloween fun!

Thanks to the generosity and creativity of our sponsors, our rooms were transformed into festive trick-or-treat stations for our warriors and their families. From candy-filled adventures to a lively outdoor dance party, the excitement continued throughout the night.

Outside, families enjoyed airbrush tattoos, Barro’s Pizza, grab-and-go arts & crafts, interactive games hosted by our sponsors, and a dance party with music and prizes. Each family received a pumpkin and a grab-and-go carving kit from the pumpkin patch donated on behalf of one of our warriors.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who helped make the evening so special. Because of your support, our warriors and their families were able to create spooktacular memories!]

Meet Grace!

“It’s been my favorite place to volunteer through NCL because of the incredibly kind and welcoming community,” Grace shared.

When asked about her favorite part of volunteering, Grace said, “Being a part of a supportive, safe space for kids with cancer and their families.”
